Harry received his bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics. He then spent years as a business analyst in California. Developing his analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot facilitated his growth and achievements when responded to his true entrepreneurial calling to help others achieve their goals of owning a business. Chris is licensed in California and Nevada state as real estate broker’s and also became certified as a business broker by the Nevada division of Real-estate. Chris’s success was recognized by several commercial brokerages of California and Nevada for the most commercial real estate transactions. Chris’s extensive commercial real estate experience included the sale and acquisition of stand-alone retail properties, small to midsize shopping centers, office, industrial, multifamily units, hotels & motels.
Additionally, Chris became skilled in brokering commercial property loans, conventional loans, and SBA business acquisition loans. Harry obtained his Mortgage Loan Originator License Endorsement for himself and his brokerage. Harry provides commercial real estate loans for purchase, refinance, and ground-up construction.
